It’s time to prepare for Maker Faire Shenzhen 2024! Only 31 days remain until the event, and we hope everyone has started planning their trip to Shenzhen.
Last year, in addition to the main events at MFSZ, we organized 10 exciting Satellite Events, including workshops on open-source hardware and digital manufacturing, an NVIDIA edge computing seminar, a robotics technology seminar, an MG Space Maker Night, a Raspberry Pi meetup, a Nanshan Ancient City seminar, and a Factory Hi Tour. These sessions were extremely popular, and tickets were in high demand. We are thrilled that these events allowed participants to dive deeper into the vibrant tech and innovation scene in Shenzhen.
The Satellite Events expand the impact of Maker Faire Shenzhen, offering attendees a broad, efficient, and in-depth understanding of the local tech ecosystem. Through various formats such as meetups, flash events, and in-person sessions, entrepreneurs, investors, scholars, and experts from around the world can connect, exchange ideas, and explore new opportunities and challenges in tech innovation.
Given last year’s success, we’re bringing back the satellite event program. This year, we’re officially opening the call for proposals for 2024 Satellite Events! We invite everyone with technology-related activities to join us! The theme of this year’s Maker Faire Shenzhen is “Enchant Everything with AI,” and we especially welcome AI-themed events.
